Reliance Industries, for its work through Reliance Foundation, wins 'Best Corporate for Promotion of Sports' at Sportstar Aces Awards
Mumbai, 14th February: Reliance Industries, for its work through the Reliance Foundation, helmed by the efforts of Founder and Chairperson Mrs. Nita M Ambani, has been awarded the prestigious Best Corporate for Promotion of Sports award at the 2025 Sportstar Aces Awards held today in Mumbai on February 14.
In a further testament to its impact, Reliance Foundation athlete Jyothi Yarraji was awarded the Sportswoman of the Year (Track & Field), recognizing her stellar achievements on the track.
The foundation has played a pivotal role in India’s sporting movement with initiatives like India House, India's first ever country house at the Olympics in Paris last year. It presently supports over 100 athletes in more than 10 Olympic sports, alongside its work in grassroots football and Olympic sports development.
Reliance Foundation's initiatives for the development of sports and growing football in India have touched almost 23 million lives all the way up from the grassroots to the elite level.
